Ministries

Thunder Swamp Church Choir

The Thunder Swamp Church is an intergenerational choir led by our music director, Stuart Burnham. The choir sings regularly in the morning service and for special occasions. Rehearsals are at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday nights.

Thunder Swamp Women's Ministries:

Thunder Swamp Women's Ministries is a fellowship and service organization that has been vital to the financial strength and spiritual vitality of Thunder Swamp P.H. Church for nearly a century. Currently, the organization is led by a team of women who focus on the ministries of hospitality, service, community care, and spiritual development. Get involved by attending a special WM-sponsored event, or attend a meeting, held every third Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.

Youth & Childrens Ministry

Children are treasured and celebrated participants in our worship gatherings.  In addition to weekly children's sermons, we offer special activities such as Vacation Bible School to engage young people in our community of faith.

Thunder Swamp Men's Ministries:

Thunder Swamp Men's Ministries is a fellowship and community service organization led by our Men's Ministries Director, Keith Harrell. Whether taking care of the church facilities, cooking meat for fundraisers, or taking on special service projects, you can count on TSPH Men's Ministries to lend a helping hand. The men meet every third Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m.  Join them anytime

Thunder Swamp Discipleship Ministries:

Thunder Swamp Church provides multiple opportunities for spiritual growth and development. Chip Lucas serves as the Discipleship Ministries Director and also as the adult Sunday School Teacher. Sunday School classes meet on Sundays at 9:30 p.m. There is also a Wednesday night Bible Study and time of prayer each week at 7:00 p.m.
